The Story Behind This Print
The Milky Way rising over the Garden of Eden rock formation in Arches National Park, Utah.
Arches is a certified dark‑sky park, and on a moonless night the core of the Milky Way clears the horizon with almost nothing to compete with it — the nearest town is small and far enough off to leave the southern sky clean. The Garden of Eden is a cluster of standing fins and balanced blocks on the road up toward Delicate Arch, close enough together that they read as a skyline rather than as separate rocks.
Each print begins as a Lumachrome exposure on metallic photographic paper, then is face-mounted beneath acrylic for extraordinary depth and color. Most images can also be custom-sized up to 120″ on the longest side — just ask.
